Catholic reflections, By Ryan Pinto

Topic : Reading the bible every day.

(13 year old inspired by God powerfully)

Dear brothers and sisters,

The Holy Bible is the main most important book for us all to read, meditate and obey. The Holy Bible is not story book or explanation of humans nor just a normal ordinary book but it is the most precious book of our life. Many of us are not aware of its hidden treasures we discover when we go deep into the Word.

The Holy Bible is the Words of God to man that is why it is sacred but we are not interested in doing sacrifice to learn the Word of God and obey it but we want to reap all benefits from the Word of God.

We need to read the bible everyday because there are so many hidden treasures in which we do not know. The Holy Bible tells us what really God wants from us and also What He has promised us.

In the Old Testament God shows the beginning of creation and how sin came into existence. Whereas the New Testament inspires us about the life of Jesus and his great sacrifice on the cross which has saved us from many calamities today.

Dear brothers and sisters we should not become ignorant of the Word of God and miss God’s blessings in our lives. God’s blessings are stored for us in The Holy Bible. If we don’t read the bible everyday then we are doomed because how food is essential for us every day in the same way God’s word is essential for our spiritual life and our daily life.

Jesus tells us in The Holy Bible that man cannot live by bread alone but by every word that comes from the mouth of God. Jesus inspires us that we cannot live by physical and earthly food but rather much more that this we must give more importance to prayer and reading the Word of God.

Dear brothers and sisters if we read The Holy Bible every day we will gain knowledge, wisdom, God’s blessings and also we can lead a good life with love and prayer. So dear brothers and sisters we need to read the holy bible everyday without fail and we must put our mind, heart in it and also we have to trust in The Holy Bible so that we may become Gods children. Amen.

Catholic reflections, By Ryan Pinto.

  Topic:  Patience

Dear brothers and sisters,

We need to cultivate patience in our day to day life. Patience is one of 12 fruit of the Holy Spirit; we need patience in our life to overcome sin and other things. We need to cultivate patience in different parts of life especially many a times we struggle with anger, the action of anger leads us forward to commit sin.

We struggle due to the absence of patience in our life if we act patiently and decide patiently we can overcome many things in our life. God inspires us today that we should think twice always in what we are about to decide, talk and act in anger but our focus many a times will be on the negative side in which we are not aware whether it is right or wrong so therefore God tells us that we must wait patiently and not act rashly and that why due to ignorance we fall into sin and then we will feel guilty about it.

We need to pray to the Holy Spirit to help us to cultivate His gift of patience so that we will be able to overcome sin and become the true followers of Jesus. We need to wait in patience and not become impatient.

Most of us because of impatience we take actions urgently without thinking properly. Because of taking decision urgently instead of reaching to solutions we may land into many problems.

When we are going through problems we have to control ourselves and not become impatient and lose God’s blessings in our lives.

We all have to change our lives and lead a new life where situations will become better for us. In this way God will bless us abundantly and we can lead a new and a better life which is much better than the old life and also we will be given a place in heaven one day. Amen.
